LouAnn brings a diverse background to Olivia Cooley Real Estate, having developed a wide range of professional skills -- from real estate and legal support to leadership, sales and marketing.

Intrigued with real estate, her career began in real estate appraisal, later becoming the human resources director and senior paralegal at a real estate law firm. She also has a professional track record in sales and marketing.

LouAnn is a graduate of Clemson University and has acquired certifications including interior design and designer fashion authentication.

She enjoys art, traveling, fashion, decorating, floral arranging, sewing, and event planning. She is married to Parks Rogers, the Baldwin Business and Financial Chair at the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. They have 12 grandchildren living in Columbia, Los Angeles, and London.
