Hi, I'm Karadyn! I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and I love being the person people can count on through every step of the process.

Before real estate, I spent over two years at Midlands Technical College helping students reach their educational and career goals. That experience taught me how important it is to truly listen, build lasting relationships, and guide people through some of life's biggest decisions. Over the past year, I dedicated myself to earning my real estate license and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow with every client I have the privilege of serving.

I'm currently working toward my associate's degree in Business at Midlands Technical College and plan to continue my education at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, where I'll major in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate. I was honored to earn Dean's List recognition and receive my Interior Decorating certificate, which fits perfectly with my love for homes that have character and spaces that feel warm and inviting.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with my fiancé and our four year old son. We love exploring Soda City Market, taking walks, visiting new cities, and searching for the best matcha we can find. Whether you're buying your first home, your forever home, or getting ready for your next chapter, I'm committed to making the experience as smooth, personal, and enjoyable as possible.
