Olivia Cooley, CEO and Broker-in-Charge of Olivia Cooley Real Estate, has been awarded as one of Columbia Business Monthly's Best & Brightest 35 and Under!
This annual recognition celebrates outstanding young professionals throughout the Midlands who are making a meaningful impact in their industries and communities through leadership, innovation, and service. For Olivia, that journey began when she started her real estate career at just 22 years old.
After graduating from Columbia College, Olivia established her real estate team in 2015 before launching Olivia Cooley Real Estate as an independent brokerage in 2021. Since then, she has grown the business into an award-winning team of 30 real estate professionals, serving more than 2,300 clients and achieving over $640 million in real estate sales throughout Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, Blythewood, Lake Murray, and the surrounding Midlands communities.
Olivia's leadership and accomplishments have earned recognition throughout her career. She and her team received Best of Columbia honors for Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Team, and Olivia was also honored with the South Carolina Women in Business Award. Her real estate expertise has been showcased on HGTV programs, including My Lottery Dream Home, First Time Flippers, and House Hunters.
Beyond serving clients, Olivia is equally passionate about helping other real estate professionals succeed. Through personalized one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment, she is dedicated to helping agents develop their skills, grow their businesses, and achieve their professional goals.
That same commitment to service extends beyond real estate and into the community Olivia calls home. As a Columbia native, she has a deep appreciation for the Midlands and remains actively involved in local organizations, including the Junior League of Columbia.
Olivia's journey is a testament to her dedication, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to helping others succeed. Congratulations, Olivia, on this well-deserved recognition and your continued impact throughout the Midlands!
